Schöne Wohnung mit Einschränkungen

Erstmal staubsaugen und Bad nachputzen. Toilettenbürste und -halter sehr unappetitlich, länger nicht getauscht worden. Küchenzeile und teilweise das Geschirr/Gläser schmutzig. Glastür zum Wohnraum hängt auf dem Fußboden fest (Unfallgefahr). Korbmöbel auf dem Balkon völlig überdimensioniert, keine Bewegungsfreiheit auf dem sehr kleinen Balkon mehr. Zudem noch durch Schwalbenkot verdreckt. Nur ein Wohnungsschlüssel vorhanden. Im Hochsommer heiße Heizungsrohre im Wohnraum.
