In the living room, with its fresh, coordinated colour scheme, you’ll find a cosy new leather couch (with an ottoman) to relax on.
A large (101 cm) LCD TV with a DVD player and CD radio provides entertainment.
The dining area (4 sturdy, upholstered wooden chairs) right by the window offers a magnificent view.

The new bedroom, featuring a 1.80 x 2 m double bed (2 mattresses), is separated from the hallway by a door.
Equipped with its own second LCD TV (approx. 81 cm), it allows you to watch different programmes.
The separate children’s room is bright and cheerful, featuring a sturdy loft bed (90 x 200 cm) and a window that opens—complete with blackout curtains—making it suitable for adults as well. A separate heater is also available.

The new kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker.

During the peak booking season from June through September, consecutive-night stays are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)

The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local doctors specialising in balneology and other medical fields, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
