You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside the apartment.

The bright, tiled entryway offers plenty of space for your coat rack.

Directly from the hallway, you’ll find the bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, a shower (with a curtain and a low threshold), and a hair dryer.

The separate bedroom (separated from the hallway by a door and featuring laminate flooring) is furnished with a box-spring bed (200 × 200, full-length mattress).
From the bed, you can watch the morning news on the 80-cm flat-screen TV or enjoy the magnificent view through the large window (which opens) toward the Baltic Sea.

The living room (with laminate flooring) has a clear, uncluttered layout and features a comfortable couch (which converts to a 160 × 200 cm sleeper) with two armchairs and a dining area right by the window. Here, too, you can watch the latest news on a 120 cm flat-screen TV. A stereo system and a DVD/Blu-ray player are also available.

The well-maintained kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator and separate freezer, a coffee maker, a raclette machine, and many other amenities.

The kitchen features a small Mediterranean-style seating area for two—very cozy for enjoying a glass of wine.

On the long, spacious west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea while sitting or lounging!

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located about 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
– swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
– water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
