Thanks to the excellent location, restaurants, cafes, bars and the nearest supermarket are less than a 15-minute walk away. Spend the day at the beautiful beach "Bananas Playa", which is only 950 meters away (11 minutes walk), and relax on the soft, warm sand. A golf course is only 16 km away.

Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Electricity for a fee of €18 per day.

Lovely pool area, spacious villa.

Pros: The house was a good size for our party of ten. The pool has had an update, so it’s actually better than the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the awning by the pool was a good addition which we used to take shade when eating. A/C downstairs and in some of the bedrooms was very useful. Walking distance to an Aldi and a small beach was about a ten minute walk. We didn’t hire a car and just walked to shops etc. Cons: There were two bedrooms downstairs without A/C, and although there were fans, they didn’t help at night in the August heat. The BBQ area could do with an update, and the inside of the villa is very dated, but everything works and we don’t ever spend much time indoors in our summer holidays so it didn’t bother us. I guess that’s reflected in the price. It took a couple of weeks after we got back to get our deposit back.

Prachtig huis ideaal voor een groot gezin met (klein) kinderen

Pros: Prima huis met goed contact met de eigenaar op kort loop afstand naar strand Cons: Muggen:we zijn allemaal veel gestoken in huis , waarschijnlijk omdat deze aan rand bos staat, Informatiemap: ook misschien een tip om een informatie map neer te leggen met nuttige info over huis/ wifi / Lokale info ect.

Pros: Haus ist sehr geräumg, war in dieser kalten Woche auch gut zu heizen. Einrichtung gemütlich und in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Cons: Kanalisation verströmt in den Bädern etwas unangenehmen Geruch (Badezimmertür zu - Problem gelöst.)

El check-in sin contacto estaba muy bien para la época COVID, pero ahora ya sobra. Daba la sensación de que éramos los primeros en mucho tiempo en ir a esta casa, faltaba información, el aire acondicionado no lo pudimos poner hasta el 2º día (de 3), el agua caliente lo mismo, la fianza tardó más de 2 semanas en ser devuelta, se tuvo que pagar en efectivo... Mucho interés por decirnos que no hiciésemos fiestas y por cobrar, y poco por decirnos bien cómo funciona todo en la casa

Lamentamos que el día de ingreso a la propiedad no estuviéramos presentes, debido a que la hora de entrada a la vivienda fue muy tarde. Sin embargo, como bien señala en la reseña, nos vimos al día siguiente cuando se hizo la entrega de la fianza en efectivo. La fianza se devuelve vía transferencia bancaria después de haber comprobado que no existe ningún desperfecto en la vivienda. Lamentamos si esto supuso una molestia para ustedes. Tanto el aire acondicionado y el agua caliente funcionan a la perfección y siempre pueden contactar con Natalie, la anfitriona, en caso de tener alguna duda sobre el funcionamiento del mismo o de cualquier otro elemento de la casa que requiera de explicación o de ayuda. Agradecemos todas vuestras observaciones ya que nos ayudan a mejorar nuestros servicios. Esperamos volverlos a ver en otra de nuestras propiedades para darles la bienvenida.
