We had some minor issues with our stay starting with our check in where we were given documentation with two different room numbers and a door code that did not work. The property description did not indicate that the unit was right above the parking garage so you couldn’t really enjoy your balcony as there was much traffic in a small space not to mention you could hear the doors going up and down all the time. The unit itself was immaculate and well stocked. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. There were noise issues with garbage being removed from the building before 7:30 am and then the garbage trucks honking at each other when picking up the garbage. The second day of our stay there were window washers and construction going on that we were not made aware of in advance or we would have booked at a different time as we were looking for a quiet, relaxing get away. These issues seemed to be communication issues between the building management and Hideaway Stay. The staff of Hideaway stay handled everything with the upmost professionalism and were very quick to respond to any issues. If not for the issues noted above I would have given a 5 star for the unit itself and the customer service throughout our stay!

Beautiful property. Spotless! Definitely a wonderful place to stay. I would agree with the other comments that you could hear the parking garage and the garbage trucks. If you don’t plan to use the balcony, I would rate this condo 10/10. The condo was stocked extremely well. The pool and hot tub were great however they are indoor, this is something to consider when booking.

This property met or exceeded all expectations. The unit itself lacked for nothing, as the host had gone above and beyond to equip this unit with any necessary supplies, including spare phone charger cables, etc. The view from the condo deck of the Three Sisters is amazing, and the deck itself is huge and tastefully furnished. Parkade is a bit confusing at first and some stalls are tight for trucks. Indoor Pool and hot tub are adequate, but can get a bit noisy during peak hours. We would definitely book this unit again without hesitation.

My family enjoyed this rental very much during our visit to Canada. It was clean, well-decorated, cozy, and modern. We also find it convenient to access everywhere we wanted to go and the kids also enjoy the indoor pool and large hot tub. The host was also responsive when we needed extra comfortable and bed covers, so I trust that they can address any issue that arise. Will definitely recommended it to anyone who wants a quiet stay in Canmore versus a busier Banff.
