Clean rooms. Cozy cottage. Beautiful flowing creek. Quite neighbors. This place is perfect for anyone camping, hiking, snowboarding, visiting Hunter, Phoenicia area. I did several hikes and this was in perfect location. WiFi is excellent in cottage . Each room has its own temperature control. Owner replies quickly. Open concept for families. A practically wrap around porch. Loved it here for me and my dog. And we will be back. Thank you

Perfect cozy house for a family visiting the Catskills. It's a quick drive to a lot of different hikes, including North South Lake State Park. What the listing doesn't mention enough is the beautiful creek that flow right behind the house! Listening to it run while sitting on the porch was a treat.

Not too thrilled of our stay. My girlfriend and I had to drive about 30 minutes to find some sort of service to get the code for the property manger because it was not given to us upon arrival. We later then discovered dirty dishes in the cabinet along with lines of ants everyday on the island constantly.

I was impressed with the cabin. For how rustic it appears from the outside, the inside was updated with new sink fixtures, fridge, other appliances, and thermostat. It was exactly what my group needed it for and more: someplace comfortable to hang out, relax, and keep our dogs. There was plenty of room to set up a travel crib in the room with one bed or living room. We were impressed with the collection of board games.
