You will be close to both Clearwater and Dunedin in our cozy one-bedroom haven on the picturesque Clearwater Intercoastal waters. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and a private balcony on 2nd floor where you can unwind while watching the boats drift by. Only 5 miles to the #1 rated Clearwater Beach, 1.3 miles to the fun Downtown Dunedin, a block to the Pinellas Trail, & 1 mile to the Blue Jay’s stadium! This waterfront unit is part of a 2 story 10-unit complex on the border of Dunedin and Clearwater. This unit is on the second of two floors. There is no elevator at the property. This unit has its own private patio with outdoor furniture facing the water. If you have multiple groups, message me about the other available units at this property! This is one shared washer/dryer on the property on the second floor. Inflatable mattress available upon request. You will be sent a keypad door code the morning of your stay to use at anytime after check-in to enter your unit. Located on Edgewater Drive on the border of Clearwater and Dunedin. Only 1 block to the Pinellas Trail, close to Trolley Jolley Stops, 1 mile to the Toronto Blue Jay's Stadium, 1.3 miles to Downtown Dunedin and 5 miles to Clearwater Beach! We have a parking lot for your car. You can also use our complimentary bikes during your stay on a first come first serve basis! There is a Jolly Trolly that runs up and down all the beaches with stops in walking distance to the property. We also have 2 golf carts available for daily rental on a first come, first save basis.
