The first floor features three inviting bedrooms: a master suite with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The entire second floor is dedicated to an open-concept living space that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room—perfect for gathering with family and friends. A recently added fourth bedroom with a single bed is also located on this level.

Step outside to the screened-in porch, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze along with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. From here, you can even catch a partial view of the Gulf.

Nestled in a peaceful, golf-cart-friendly neighborhood in Mexico Beach, this home is just a one-minute drive to beach access with parking, a pavilion, and restrooms—or take a relaxed 8-minute walk to the shoreline. You’ll also be conveniently close to pickle-ball courts, a basketball court, and a playground.

Billfish is a non-smoking home and does not allow pets.

All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
