About this property

Sunset Cabin 4-bedroom cabin in adorable Dassel perfect for relaxing getaways

4-bedroom, 2 bath, cabin that sleeps 8 with bunk house that sleeps 6 above a heated garage/game room. A wood burning sauna is also available for sauna swims. This property is located down a low traffic road on Big Swan Lake making it perfect for walking, jogging and biking. We have a private dock for a boat. The dock is also great for fishing and swimming off of. Our property has a fire ring in the back for relaxing by the fire in the evenings and watching the sunset over the lake. There’s a playground and trampoline located across the road and 8 acres to explore. This cabin is ideal for Winter activities as well such as: ice fishing, snow sledding on the hill and ice skating (must bring your own skates) We are located 20 minutes from Powder Ridge Ski Resort that offers skiing, tubing, snowboarding and a restaurant.
We have Snowmobile Rentals, Boat Rentals, and Jet Skis. Kayak and Paddlbe board rentals can be booked also. Linens are washed and cleaned in between rentals.

Nice house with window air conditioning units that keep it cool. The lake was not too busy, but was cloudy and greenish possibly due to recent rains.

Why they chose this property

Unique cabin on the lake with a wood burning sauna, heated and cooled bunk house for extra sleeping as well as a heated game room, making it a perfect vacation cabin year-round. We have a canoe and kids kayak for guest use along with a lake shed that has life jackets and lake toys for kids.
