The size of the property fit our needs perfectly. One of the best parts of our stay were sightings of an eagle pair on a nearly daily basis.

My wife Jessy and I have been life-long residents in Minnetonka-living in 3 different homes along Minnehaha Creek. We love the water!

Why they chose this property

Such a beautiful quiet retreat. It has that lake cabin feel but with the amenities of a nice home. The layout is so open and conducive to hosting-both inside and out on the ground level deck right off the dining room with beautiful lake views!

What makes this property unique

Vaulted ceilings with wood panelling
Open spacious layout
Large private yard and 185 feet of lakefront
Located on a Quiet road
The Pole barn-rec center with ping pong
Pickle ball net for use on the expansive concrete driveway
Beachfront with firepit
Pontoon for rent right on the property
