A great space! The kitchen was beautiful and loaded with everything needed and very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the sauna was out of service during the trip which I wish was communicated prior.

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify for future guests, the property is a duplex, and each side is a completely separate, private residence with its own living spaces and amenities. Guests have exclusive use of the entire unit they reserve; no interior spaces are shared with the neighboring unit.

Nicely appointed home with a great location. Communication with the host was a bit slow and the window coverings in the bedrooms were not adequate for the extra light at night.

Super relaxing and well-designed space surrounded by trees and close to the beach. Perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining (double farmhouse sinks!), and plenty of space for families to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood. Really nice Nordic modern vibe. Location was also great, about halfway between the Spit and downtown. One of the best Alaskan homes we’ve stayed in, already planning to return next year.
