First Guest $63 per night; 2nd guest $52 per night; Children under 12 $30 each; Pets $25 each per night (consult first); $30. Pet-Hair Laundry Fee.
Only booked guests are allowed to spend the night; Guest's visitors that stay beyond 10 PM must pay for the night as a 2nd guest.
Parking on concrete driveway with 24/7 surveillance cameras - not all guests come driving so parking fee is not included in booking price - for drivers parking fee is only $9 per night - pay at arrival to check in. Bus at house gate to Silver Spring Metro Station.
