Two Large Double Beds and 1 loveseat sofa, TV, Fridge, MW in this Large Family Oriented Bedroom. Bath w/ glass door enclosed shower, large sink, toilet. Private entrance door to room right from the concrete driveway not having to go thru other rooms in the house; park near the door and walk straight in.
Comfortable for one to 4 guests - First guest $66. per night; 2nd, 3rd, 4th guests at $59 each per night; children $29. each. Dogs/Cats pets are allowed at $20 each per night. Pet odor removal & cleaning $35. one time fee.
Visitors allowed until 11 PM; after 11 visitor becomes a guest and must book-in and pay the night fee.Unregistered/unbooked people not allowed to spend the night. Crash-in clandestine people are responsibility of Booked-in primary Guest responsible for the lodge. Additional accommodation for any 2nd guest will be charged to primary guest at $59. fee per night plus a $35. late fee for bringing a non booked additional guest to occupy the lodge without prior notification to the Hosting manager.
Laundry available: Washer, Dryer, Soap at $19 first wash load, 2nd load $12.
Parking on large concrete driveway: 1st car $12 for 1-24 hour period, 2nd car $15.
Washington Metro Area/Maryland/Virginia - near White House, monuments, museums, Arlington Cemetery, downtown DC & University of MD. 1 mile to downtown Silver Spring, metro bus at door, good for touring, shopping, business, schools, etc.
