Beautiful apartment, perfect location, helpful hosts.

This apartment was perfect for our group. The location is a 5-minute walk from the old downtown with shops and restaurants, and on a quiet street. The place is comfortable and well furnished, updated well while keeping the architectural beauty of the half-timbered home. This was my first time renting a place in Germany, and the key things to note for others would be to reserve a parking place in advance with the host's help, and check that the heating for the home and water is turned on when you arrive. Also, the town requires guest registration that provides you with coupons and bus passes.The view from the windows is great too.

Perfekt für ein paar entspannte Tage

Die FeWo bietet ein großzügiges Platzangebot, das alte Fachwerkgebäude wurde mit Blick fürs Detail und offenen Balken modernisiert. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, wenngleich nicht ganz so modern wie das Bad. Einziges Manko: zu wenige Steckdosen für unsere Technikausstattung und das Lichtkonzept haben wir auch nicht durchdrungen. Unser Fazit: Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Reise in den Harz

Sehr gute Lage in der schönen Stadt Wernigerode, typisches Fachwerkhaus in der Altstadt, direkt am Markt. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern renoviert, sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Harz zu erkunden. Nette Vermieter, unkomplizierter Check in. Würden jederzeit wieder mieten.
