Inside the home, the living room features large windows and sliding doors that open directly to the deck, allowing natural light and lake views to fill the space. The kitchen and dining area provide plenty of space for preparing meals and gathering together, with island seating and a dining table nearby. The sunroom offers additional sleeping space and a relaxing area to enjoy quiet mornings while overlooking the property.

• Wood-burning fireplaces are for decorative purposes only
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property is easily accessible by road; however, the driveway is somewhat steep. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

• A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience

• Unmonitored cameras are present surrounding the exterior for liability purposes, including the dock area and basement level exterior.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• This property allows up to 1 pet.
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
