This spacious condo gives regency beach vibes, offering upscale comfort, a large balcony, full kitchen, and resort amenities including pools and beach access. Perfect for families or friends seeking relaxed coastal luxury in the heart of Panama City Beach.

Parking is paid parking, however, one parking pass is included in your reservation. If you need up to one additional parking pass, they are $40 and must be requested from host in advance.

Six wristbands will be provided for your stay. They are to be left on the kitchen counter upon departure. If we have to replace them because you lost, broke or took them with you, they are $25/ piece to replace and will be charged to the booking guest.

Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.
