POOL: The house has a solar panel which helps the pool to be warmer than a usual pool ONLY during summer months, when there is high sun exposure. Pool heating is $189/day with a 3-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-92 is recommended. Pricing may increase depending on the current rates of the gas company.



Monthly stays are $25/day for utilities
