Bright, clean, large, private accommodation in beautiful Jefferson park Victorian. Fabulous location! Walking distance to mile high stadium, Denver aquarium, downtown denver, six flags, and many great bars and restaurants. Off street parking, 2 beds. The unit includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, another sleeping space (not a bedroom but has nice separation from the other bedroom) with a twin sized bed, a kitchenette (microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot), and 2 full bathrooms. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor patio.

Clear instructions and easy to get in and out of! I would say it’s not really walkable into the city in my opinion we had to uber. It also is a room within the house that you go into and then there’s a room upstairs and a twin bed by the stairs so there are other people staying in the home. We also thought there was really nowhere to hangout as there was no couch and we wished there was a TV. It would be good for a group of 3 or less that won’t spend much time inside. Host gave clear instructions and was kind!

This was a great place to land. We were visiting family in Littleton, doing Red Rocks, Denver, & Meow Wolf. The location was perfect for us. Parking was a plus because we rented a car.There are 2 full bathrooms which is so nice. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. We love simple, clean, & easy. We got that here.

Clean and comfortable, this attic apartment is suitable for a traveler who needs a central Denver location. Kitchen facilities are sparse and not conducive to eating at home.

The space was not clean when we arrived, more specifically the shower had hair all over it. It's a decent amount of space. I really liked that there were two full bathrooms. The location is great and the host communicated in a reasonable amount of time. There are multiple rented spaces in the house which removed any sense of privacy. There are better rentals in the area with similar pieces.

We booked this knowing that there were stairs, but unfortunately, not prepared for how many stairs there were going to be. The fridge needs to be defrosted, as it was basically unusable (full of ice). There was a little bit of an issue with the access codes to the door, but we did figure that out, eventually. Otherwise, it was a great stay, very clean, and the host was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, but just keep inond, If you book the sky high room, there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the top ....

If you rent the skyline room, be aware that it’s bright in the morning and pretty late at night, since there are no shades. I would recommend a sleep mask.The window air conditioner will blow on you all night because if you turn it on low or off, it gets too hot. The small bedroom has no door on it because of the air-conditioning issue. Quite a few stairs. And you are right on a noisy road. The air conditioner helps block out most of the noise though. And bring washcloths they do not supply them.

Not sure what went wrong with this guest but they left a horrible mess in the hot tub which we asked about. They denied making the mess (we had photos from before so we were sure t was them). Maybe the question upset them..?
