Brand new 4 bedroom 3 Bath house 2 blocks to the beach in charming Brigantine

This brand new 4-bedroom 3 bathroom house is perfect for your escape to Brigantine. A short two block walk to the beach and 1/2 a block walk to the bay gives you wonderful views of the bay from the rear top deck. The large deck off of the kitchen gives easy access to outdoor dining. Inside, guests find a marvelous mix of comfort with one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds. Additionally, there is an office with a pull out couch that will comfortably sleep 2 more. There are three full bathrooms, 2 on the 2nd floor (where the bedrooms and office are) and one on the first floor. Two of the bathrooms have walk in showers and one has a full bathtub. Refresh after a day of adventure on the beach by showering in the outdoor shower. The soothing atmosphere throughout the home invites guests to unwind and enjoy their time away. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. This house is located in the A zone of Brigantine and walking distance to coffee shops, dining, spirits, sundries and water ice! This house has a 2 car garage and driveway space for an additional two cars of off street parking. Beach tags, chairs, towels and linens included.

We were the first renters of this new property and we loved it. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated all of our needs of our family and plenty of seating. The owner is very quick to respond to messages and extremely nice. It was not far to walk to the beach and you walk past a coffee/smoothie bar which was a huge plus! We would definitely rent this house again!

This was an amazing rental for our extended family while in Brigantine! It was exactly as described and pictured. It had plenty of space to gather as a group and separate areas if you needed down time. The multiple balconies/porches were delightful and always had a space in the shade or sun. There were so many amenities! There was a grill and Blackstone. The kitchen had everything you could want. All the beach equipment, towels, and beach tags were greatly appreciated. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Tony's communication was professional, quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beach house with us!
