The Space
A cozy beach bungalow with a private bedroom. This unit is on the 1st floor. The bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a Full-size Pullout Couch in the living room perfect for kids. This home is located on a quiet residential street and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing beach experience. Events and parties are not permitted. No smoking.

Drew, the host was great! On hand for any questions, 24/7. Cottage was clean, great location on a nice secluded street, 2 small blocks from the beautiful, clean, private beach! Price on point was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay and would absolutely recommend this property. We were traveling with our young children, and the home was welcoming, comfortable and family-friendly. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. Drew (host) went above and beyond by leaving a cookie cake for the kids when we arrived, which was thoughtful and made them feel special.During our stay, we did experience one unexpected issue when the plumbing backed up and water overflowed into the shower. While it was inconvenient, what impressed us most was how quickly Drew responded. Maintenance arrived within about three hours and worked late into the night to resolve the issue. His responsiveness and commitment to making things right spoke volumes.No property is immune to the occasional unexpected issue, but it’s how those situations are handled that matters. The excellent communication, prompt response and genuine hospitality made all the difference. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this home (or any of Drew’s properties) again.
