Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet mit bequemer Couch und Sessel. Außerdem liegt sie ruhig. Vogelg..

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet mit bequemer Couch und Sessel. Außerdem liegt sie ruhig. Vogelgesang am Morgen beim ersten Kaffee. Nicht zu unterschätzen ist allerdings die Lage auf dem Klünderberg. Dieser ist sehr steil (11%), so dass man sich schon überlegt, ob man zwischendurch nochmal zurückgeht oder lieber im Ort bleibt. Mit einem E-Bike kein Problem aber mit normalen Rad oder zufuß schon echt anstrengend. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne, komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon. Es war sehr angenehm, in dem großen Doppelbett zu schlafen, da dieses sehr bequem war. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns huer rundum wohlgefühlt. Empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene evtl. mit Kleinkind. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und wie beschrieben sehr sonnig. Am Haus befindet sich ein eigener Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit eigene Fahrräder abzustellen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr günstig: der Granitzer Wald, die Ostsee mit Seebrücke, der Rasende Roland, die Einkaufsmeile sowie diverse Bäcker, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Wir würden wieder buchen… :)

Die Villa Malte ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung außer das Kinderzimmer ist eher eine Abstellkammer. Alles war sauber. Bis ins Zentrum ist es nicht so weit. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Binz.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, sauber und eine tolle Lage. Direkt am Wald, 10-15 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Seebrücke. Toller Service von WFV, wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Balkonausstattung ist dürftig und sollte dem übrigen sehr guten Standard angepasst werden.
