Modern outfitting, somewhat unusual styling but very nice property overall. Plenty of space for dining, living area, breakfast hangout, multiple well appointed bathrooms, etc. Kitchen was great, appliances, utensils, basic supplies; one minor gripe, glasses: just a few tumblers. Location was excellent, nice view and very close to Mt Snow and Wilmington nearby - but the entrance to the driveway off of rte 100 is difficult to spot, especially at night and if coming from the North, even if you've been there once. The main reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five was the total lack of instructions, not only about how to spot the entrance, but also inside the house, which has some quirks. There are two furnaces and multiple thermostats, and some unclarity of which depends on which heating. One of the furnaces was off, and seemed to turn on OK, but then the lower floor didn't heat up overnight and we found out from the host that one thermostat even if it appears to be working may not be able to command the furnace if batteries are low... good communication with host, though, thank you, Ben for assisting us with that issue.
