Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location was excellent, with easy beach access via the boardwalk, and we really appreciated having the pool. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable for our family.There are a few small details that, if improved, would make the experience even better. We were surprised that there wasn’t any hand soap in either bathroom or the kitchen, and although guests are required to wash and put away all dishes before checkout, there was no dish soap provided. These are inexpensive items that make a big difference and are amenities we’ve come to expect at most vacation rentals.On our first evening, we found a large flying cockroach in one of the bedrooms, which wasn’t the best first impression. We understand that insects can occasionally make their way into beach properties, but it’s worth mentioning.The biggest disappointment was our interaction with the property management company. When I called to report the issue, the customer service representative came across as dismissive rather than helpful. Additionally, having to pick up and return the parking/gate pass at an off-site office was inconvenient. It would be much easier if guests could simply leave the pass in the unit at checkout, as many other rentals allow.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location. With a few thoughtful touches and improved customer service, this would easily be a five-star experience.
