Pros: Hosts were really helpful, location is perfect nearly halfway between the beach and restaurants/pubs, pool is gated which was ideal as we had small kids with us, house was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back.

had a lovely stay at this villa, our party consisted of 9 people with an age range from 22 to 76. Ideal location& very spacious, would recommend this villa especially if you have a large party or two family's as it has two self contained apartments. The grounds are lovely & the pool was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds & seating.

Great 10 days with large family

Great house for our two families. Our ’kids’ are she 18-26. Separate apartments fully equipped and a shared nice pool and terass for social. Walking distance to the beach La Zenia. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Pros: Zona tranquila para los adultos que quieran descansar y desconectar de la ciudad, la piscina fantástica siempre con sol la mayor parte del tiempo, los anfitriones muy amable y todo super limpio Cons: Para ir con chicos adolescentes la zona es demasiado aburrida, es cierto que ha 15 minutos en coche tienes Torrevieja pero es una lata tener que bajar siempre a los chicos para que se diviertan, un chiringuito y algo más de ambiente juvenil tampoco vendría mal en esa zona ☺️

Pros: The last time we booked this villa was in 2013, the location of this villa is perfect, close to the beach and close to paddys point every where is within short walking distance and you don't really need to hire a car. The villa is perfect for couples or extended family as you can rent upstairs or downstairs or both. The owner Gerry i s a lovely man to speak to I have rented this property quite a few times, it may seem a little expensive but it is a beautiful villa and it is an excellent area. My only problem was that it wasn't just as clean as I would have liked it to be.

Pros: We were greeted by lovely Jackie and Douglas (Scottish couple), they showed us around the villa and how everything works. The villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and had all the essentials. The photos of the villa are lovely however doesn't justify how nice it is. The outdoor area was fantastic if you want a BBQ, relax on the chairs or go for a dip in the pool. The local area was close to all amenities which included the supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and the beach is a stone throw away from the villa in a quiet street. Highly recommend staying here for a perfect holiday!!

Perfect location, immaculately clean, well maintained,great service while there, sat tv, free wifi, safety gate for pool, washing machine, dishwasher and every possible kitchen implement you could look for. I just can't recommend this place enough. My inlaws had ground floor apt and we had first floor apt so we all had our own space to chill on our own. We will definitely be going back.

The accommodation has everything families require it is totally a home from home comprising of fully equipped kitchens, wi-fi and is immaculately presented. The pool is an added bonus and is very well maintained by Gerrys agent in la zenia - Douglas. The Villa is in a quiet residential area and is a short stroll to a blue flag beach lovely in the evenings when it's a bit cooler. All in all fantastic accommodation in a fabulous area. Hope to return in the future.

Pros: Been to La Zenia many time, this was the best accommodation we have had. Short stroll to beach near to corner shop and short walk to restaurants and shops. We were a party of three adults and three young children and was a bit concerned about space as 3 bed flat had already been booked. But the 2 bedroom was excellent with lots of space for all of us, much bigger than it looks in photos. Having the pool was an added bonus the boys loved it. The apartment, pool and surrounding areas were all kept in a very clean condition by Jackie and Douglas. We had a great holiday and would certainly recommend this property and its location.

Pros: Just returned from a week's vacation in the villa at La Zenia. This is a quality property which truely lives up to expectation. We travelled with our two adult children and their families. We required discreet accommodation for three families and this villa provided just that. The pool was the star of the property for the grandchildren, closely followed by the lovely beaches just 2 minutes walk away. The owner, Gerry provided all the information we required prior to departure, including a recommendation for taxis, restaurants and ideas for visits. This was a superb week based around the La Zenia villa.
