Look no further, you've found the ultimate basecamp for year-round fun! This newly built 4BR/2.5BA South Lake Tahoe home is 10 minutes from the slopes at Heavenly, the Stateline casinos, and golden beaches. A host of great restaurants are also within a short drive.



Enjoy forested views in the welcoming main living area, play air hockey in the second living area, cook up a feast in a gourmet kitchen, or enjoy the pine-scented air on your private deck. All new furnishings throughout ensure a comfortable stay.



LIVING AREA



Double-height windows offer beautiful woodland views in the main living room. A plush couch and love seat sit before a 55in TV and gas fireplace.



A second living area on the lower level offers more comfy seating, a 55in TV, and an air hockey table. A gas fireplace keeps the room feeling snug.



KITCHEN & DINING



The spacious kitchen has a wonderful open design and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.



The kitchen bar seats four, and a wooden dining table accommodates eight.



BED & BATH



The entry-level primary bedroom boasts a king bed, 55in TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.



The remaining bedrooms are located downstairs.



The second and third bedroom each have a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a queen futon.



A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, and a half bath adds convenience.



OUTDOOR AREA



Serenity awaits on a private deck, set before a backdrop of soaring pines. Fire up the gas grill, then kick back with drinks on the inviting cushioned sofas.

Nice relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay here and my kids really got to bond while learning to play pool downstairs. It had plenty of room for our small family. I would stay here again next time I am in Lake Tahoe.

This cabin is comfortable. We did experience some issues figuring out how to use the heater (it was very hot the entire time we were there) and the tv never worked, but otherwise, it's a nice spot

Great location, close to everything. Accommodated our family of 6 adults. It would have been better if one of the bunk rooms had a Queen bed. On the listing it said (1) King Bed and (2) Queen beds. So I thought that would be perfect for my 2 adult children and their spouses. It would be great for families with a lot of kids. And very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rental!

We loved our stay at this house. Perfect for 2 families. Very clean and warm when we got there. Great for kids with all the bunkbeds and games. Only compliant...not enough wine glasses, unless I couldn't find them. We will book this place again!

Spacious and lovely

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was close enough for easy access to town, but far enough for quiet and a sense of tranquility. There’s off street parking for 4 vehicles. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. My mom, who can be uber critical, commented on how clean the home was. We would definitely book this home again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stayed. Loved using the sleds from the garage. The neighborhood is beautiful. Enjoyed walks in the evening. We wish one of the bunk beds was a queen instead and remeber to bring your own spices- very limited in what is supplied. Other than that the kids loved the pool table and the window is gorgeous especially when snowing.

Great Property

Fantastic property for our family getaway to Tahoe! The home suited us perfectly with room to spread out for teenagers and adults. Would’ve liked to have a hose to clean off the pollen from the deck and maybe some cleaning supplies to be able to better clean up the kitchen from cooking but other then that it was very nice! Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!!

This house was well suited for our family. There were seven of us that stayed at the property. There was plenty of room for privacy as well as time together as a family. The location of the house is 10 minutes away from the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood was quiet. I do believe that the amount of taxes and fees that are charged in excess of $800 on top of the rental for the house was a bit excessive. The fact that I had to pay an additional $200 plus tax for a pet deposit was also a bit high. I am also not sure why they charge tax on a pet deposit. That being said I feel like we would rent the property again.

Beautiful house but needed more cleaning

The entire house was gorgeous and plenty of space for our party. Only thing missing was it having no backyard or enclosed fencing for our children to play out back. Only other complaint was the cleaning when we arrived. All ceiling fans covered with dirt and when we turned them on, dust started flying everywhere and our party was sneezing for the rest of the night. Opened the windows instead for the cool air.
