Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Power went out for hours. No flashlights, candles, board games or other necessities. All of our food spoiled. Couldn’t use hot tub. Dangerous walking around in the dark with three young kids. Balcony/patio safety concerns. Not built to code. Expressed my concerns and the company did nothing. Never again,
