The location is definitely the highlight of this cabin. Being right next to the creek was peaceful, and the sound of the running water made for a relaxing setting. The bed linens were clean and comfortable, and the natural surroundings were beautiful.Unfortunately, the cabin itself did not match the photos or our expectations. It felt quite dated and wasn't as clean as it should have been. The kitchen and bathroom, in particular, could use a much more thorough cleaning, and the overall space felt uncared-for rather than cozy. We were also looking forward to spending time on the patio, but the outdoor furniture wasn't really guest-ready, as the cushions were missing.We think this property has a lot of potential because the setting is wonderful, but it would benefit from a deep clean, better preparation for arriving guests, and updated photos that accurately reflect its current condition. Future guests should come for the beautiful location, but be aware that the accommodations may not be as polished as the listing suggests.
