The listing states that it is on the first floor - that’s not true. That would be a European first floor which is the second floor in the u.s. it is no where near a beach and would require quite a walk to get to one. However, you can do beach parking for Coligny Beach. We emailed our dissatisfaction to the rental company and finally heard back about the Wi-Fi with a password which didn’t work. My friend’s bed was a three-inch piece of foam on top of an iron bed. I slept in the queen bed in the hardest bed of my life. When she put the dishes in the dishwasher the whole thing tipped out of the dishwasher spot. Not too secure! It was nice having the bathroom split with two toilets and a shared shower. Renter beware.

The experience was overall good. It would’ve been nice in the check-in information to be specific and say that a parking pass needed to be picked up. There was the office address given, but it wasn’t clear that you had to go by there and pick up a welcome packet. I had a warning ticket on my car the first night because I did not pick up the packet which included the parking pass.
