After a day of exploring, unwind on the sofa and sofa bed in the welcoming living area, which also offers a 52-inch Roku TV. If you want to dine in, whip up delectable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space. When it's time to eat, perch at the bar or gather at the table.



Host an intimate cookout at the clubhouse, equipped with a grill, outdoor kitchen, and TV. Spend leisurely days by the shared unheated pool and hot tub that are open year-round. Other highlights include Palmetto Dunes Beach Club access, with a dune buggy pick-up just outside the home.

A seedy grade B motel

This condo is like a seedy Grade B motel but not as nice. Walls, furniture and carpets all need a good scrub. Ambiance is very dark. Bath towels were like drying off with a wet Kleenex. Bathroom plumbing needs attention. The only showers were in the bathtubs and there were no non-slip mats in the tubs. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom was like being back in Girl Scout Camp but not as comfortable. Bed linens had holes worn in them. There was one blanket in the entire place. There were no hangers in the closets when we arrived and we had to ask for them. The kitchen is poorly equipped, with a badly cracked electric cooktop. TV operation is extremely complicated with little to no support instructions. Loud yappy dog next door; rambunctious kids above sounded like the ceiling might fall in on us. “Uncomfortable” would be complimenting the seating in living room, no coffee table for serving hors d’ouevres with cocktails or placing books or drinks We didn’t rent until late November 2022 so the selection was slim. Our budget would have allowed for a nicer place but nothing was available. This condo was a big disappointment to three ladies who wanted a fun place for a reunion. We’ll probably never return to Hilton Head.
