We were very happy to arrive at Hilton Head to such a lovely rental. The owners are very gracious and supportive and immediately respond to question or concerns. Palmetto Dunes is a very nice community with great beach access and in a centralLocation on the island.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay in St. Andrews Commom. We have been staying in the area the last 8-9 years and this place will be on the top of our list. Very easily to communicate with the owners. It’s just a nice comfortable place to call home for a week. We’ll be back!

Great Stay!

This was a great place to gather the family for Thanksgiving. The villa was super clean with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and made Thanksgiving dinner a breeze to prepare. My oldest daughter is already asking when we are going to meet back in Hilton Head again. The area was beautiful, with easy access to the beach. Definitely a 5 Star vacation!

We were so pleased with the property, the cleanliness of the area and villa.

The villa was so nice, the upgraded kitchen was awesome. Never had an issue with parking availability whenever we returned from shopping or golf. The villa was easy to find and so comfortable. It was great working with the owners and never had to inquire about anything after arriving, everything was covered. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great Affordable Villa

We had a great stay. We stayed for 12 days over the holidays. Villa was clean and tidy with everything needed. I will agree with other reviews that this is a great villa for families with kids but due to the loft being the second bedroom this may not work for 2 couples. Both the master and loft are large and each have their own bath. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo and very convenient!

This is a nice 2 bedroom condo very conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes. It has an upstairs bedroom accessed by a spiral stair case. The first floor bedroom is very nice and fairly roomy. We enjoyed the deck which overlooked some natural area. The owners were great and very easy to work with! The condo was clean and just great for our wedding weekend.

Thanks, Jacqui, for your wonderful review. It is important to us that our guests have a comfortable stay. Palmetto Dunes' location can't be beat! Since we are located center island we are close to so many activities, restaurants, shops, etc. It is very easy to enjoy yourself instead of wasting so much of your precious vacation time driving from place to place. We would love to welcome you back! Sincerely, Mike & Maryellen
