Eine schöne Wohnung vom Schnitt und mit allem was man benötigt. Leider ist ein Schlafzimmer von den Möbeln her schon etwas in die Zeit gekommen und das Bett knarrt sehr laut. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und praktisch gut zu nutzen. Die Fenster und die Möbel im Aussenbereich waren nicht gereinigt und sehr verschmutzt.

Zunächst möchten wir die Vorzüge aufführen, von denen gibt es einige und diese sind aus unserer Sicht auch sehr wichtig: +gelegen, nah am Strand und dem Stadtgeschehen +kurzer Weg zum Hafen +Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Versorgung um die Ecke +Aufteilung der Wohnräume sehr gut durchdacht +separate,zweite Toilette goldwert +Ausstattung ganz gut, mit Kleinigkeiten sehr viel besser möglich -Ausstattung der Küche gut, bis auf: eine der beiden Pfannen funktioniert nicht, Messer sind stumpf, Schere schneidet nicht, Geschirr teilweise schmutzig -Fußboden wurde nicht gut gesaugt, einige Ecken ewig nicht gereinigt, Spinnweben und Dreck -Boden im Bad viele Haare, dicke Staubflusen in den Ecken -Schränke sandig und staubig in den Schlafzimmern -Doppelbett in einem der Schlafzimmer könnte erneuert werden, knarrt so laut das man wach wird -Schwierigkeiten mit dem Internet, Passwort vom Router hat nicht funktioniert, keine weitere Hilfe, daher haben wir es selbst versucht. Dafür, das wir das Passwort vom Router wieder hergestellt haben, gab es lediglich ein kurzes „Danke“. :-( Schön wäre, eine kleine Willkommensmappe. Eins, zwei Blätter laminiert mit Infos zur Wohnung.

Bei Ankunft hingen die Bilder an den Wänden schief. Somit wirkte es erstmal recht lieblos. Als sehr störend empfanden wir den Läufer im Flur!! Die hochgebogenen Ecken sind eine totale Stolperfalle. Der könnte eigentlich entsorgt werden. Die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer sind aus der Schiene gerutscht. Auch das wirkt erstmal wenig einladent. Dürften ja nur ein paar Handgriffe sein dies zu beheben. Die Toilettenbürsten müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden! Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig, sicher duch die Jahreszeit bedingt - Blütenstaub. Die Wohnung an sich war sonst gepflegt und sauber. Bei der Ausstattung mit Gläsern könnte mal wieder etwas aufgestockt werden. Die meisten Gläser haben Glaskorrosion. Es fehlt eine Karaffe für Wasser. Ansonsten genug Teller und Besteck vorhanden. Schön, dass im Küchenschrank auch noch Fächer frei sind, um Mitgebrachtes zu verstauen. Die Lage ist toll -sehr zentrumsnah. Da wir nur 2 Nächte hier verbracht haben, war es insgesamt eine Unterkunft die ich im Durchschnitt mit 4 Sternen bewerten würde. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich den Service vor Ort "getestet" ob man die kleinen Mängel schnell beheben würde. Hoffe diese Bewertung trägt dazu bei diese Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung zu bringen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
