The high-quality furnished cottage has a secluded location with a stunning panorama view in the hilly landscape of the March. If you are looking for tranquillity and you want to relax in between vineyards and olive groves, you will be able to experience a relaxing holiday here. There is a garden with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees available. For refreshment, there is a solar shower and a 2m round diving pool. From the two partially covered terraces you can enjoy the romantic sunsets. It is about 15 km to the sea. In Grottamare you will find well-kept open beaches with showers. Open air opera events (9 km away) will pamper people interested in culture. Sport lovers can swim, sail, bicycle, hike in the national park of the Sibillin Mountains, go mountain climbing and drive with the fishers out to the sea. The historical old city can be reached in a two minute drive. There you will find restaurants, bars, a doctor and a pharmacy.
