Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and an oversized shower/tub combo.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.

o Resort Fees provide access to community amenities: fitness center, gate pass and parking permit(s) for guest vehicles.

o There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found, even a tiny bit on either the grass or street, please be aware that security will stop to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being tagged, vehicles in violation will be towed.

• Please note, a Resort Fee of $22.50 per night per unit is due to Regal Palms Resort during check in. Resort fees provide access to community amenities: fitness center, gate pass and parking permit(s) for guest vehicles.
