Tranquil 1 bed cabin w 27 ft deck overlooking beautiful Grand Lake in Grove OK

Escape to this luxury cabin at Woodard Hollow in Grove OK. situated on a cliff w a 27 ft long, screened-in deck overlooking the lake. Have your morning coffee in luscious serenity watching pelicans, eagles, and small fishing boats from the top of the cliff as if you were in a tree house with the water literally right below. The rest of the property, where the boat dock is, is situated on a peninsula point with great Bass fishing and equally great fishing off of the dock itself for Crappie, Catfish and Bass. On weekends and holidays, guests will find the cove can become filled with boaters upstream but that is fun to watch too. We like to do our fishing in the morning as the boaters usually don't come out till noonish. The rest of the week is very quiet. Enjoy the deck in the evening, by turning up your own music and having fun people & boat watching. The second you walk into the cabin, you sense a feeling of relaxation and peace. A Bose CD player is available with a CD library. The kitchen is charming with a full oven & stove, refrigerator, Keurig pod coffee maker or French Press or a Perk coffee maker available for use. Bring your own ground coffee! Also a whole house water filter purifies the shower water as well as the tap water, so don't bother to bring bottles of water...enjoy water right from the tap. The bathroom invites relaxation with a jetted bathtub and large, tiled shower. The living room hosts a TV with a DVD library with over 50 DVD's. There is no internet but it is very easy to utilize the hot spot on your phone and get internet that way. There is a lovely electric fireplace for cool evenings and mornings. The bedroom has a King size bed with a lovely large window that overlooks the deck and lake. A two slip boat dock, at the bottom of the property, comes with the house so you can have your boat handy for daily outings on the lake. There is no launch ramp at the property so you have to launch in some where else such as Honey Creek Marina in Grove and then drive the boat to the dock. Fish off the dock, swim all day or bring your own boat, Please bring your own chairs, fishing gear and rods. The back deck has a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold. The rest of the neighborhood is surrounded by many springs and one neighbor offers tours of his 400 acres with Deer, Brown and White Buffalo. It is a beautiful valley in itself.
