The holiday rental is designed to accommodate four people and is located right in the centre of the lakeside spa town of Zingst. The holiday rental has three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, all located on the upper floor. The “Wittsande 7” apartment has a living area of approximately 77 m². The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area, including a high-quality kitchen and a balcony. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 cm with full-length mattresses). There are also two spacious bathrooms (one with a glass shower and one with a bathtub), each equipped with a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. One parking space in the underground garage is available for the “Wittsande 7” apartment.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The modern “Wittsande” complex, built in 2020, is located in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst and features 15 apartments. The apartments accommodate 2–4 people and feature a balcony or terrace. The stylishly furnished apartments consist of a living and dining area, one or two bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms. Four apartments feature their own sauna. One free parking space is available for each apartment.

Wir haben 14 Tage in Zingst im Apartment 07 verbracht und es war für uns ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Das Apartment 07 ist hell, groß und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Den Balkon kann man den ganzen Tag nutzen, man hat Sonne, aber auch Schatten. Hervorzuheben sind die Sonnen/Licht - und Mückenschutzjalousien an jedem Fenster und in den beiden Schlafzimmern die Verdunklungsplisees!! Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig, denn das Apartmenthaus liegt etwas außerhalb, aber in 10/15 min ist man in der City oder am Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, alles da was man braucht, gut eingerichtetm prima Balkon. Top sind die Jalousien vor allen Fenstern, so kann man auch nachts ohne Mücken lüften. Ebenso praktisch die Tiefgarage und die dort befindlichen Fahrradständer. Ruhige Lage trotz relativer Nähe zur Hauptstrasse; wir haben davon nichts mitbekommen. Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen.
