We are less than 500 feet from the beach, 65 steps from the private pool, and surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, shopping, and activities. Relax by the private pool or take a walk along the bike trail next to the beach. Enjoy a low-key evening in on one of our 4 patios or dine beachside at one of the many local restaurants.

THE SPACE
Spacious 1800 sq ft of beach house! Newly updated & renovated with fresh paint and furniture, including memory foam mattresses. Park right in front, walk in, drop your bags, and head to the beach!

-All exit doors are equipped with optional child safety locks. These are to protect little ones prone to flight risk.

GUEST ACCESS

After booking and before check-in, guests will be provided with a welcome guide that has EXTENSIVE recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, and activities. Feel free to message if you have questions prior to booking.

Parking:
-Enjoy two dedicated parking spaces right in front of the townhome
-Guests are provided with up to three parking passes for their stay. The third car is able to park in any unmarked spot within our parking complex.
-Unfortunately, golf carts are not allowed by our HOA at this time.

Beach Access:
-Your stay comes with access to a PRIVATE beach that is only accessible by other renters.
-From the parking lot, cross the street and look for the blue sign that says "Miramar Beach Villas". Use your provided beach code at the gate and head down to the beach!
-This particular beach gate does not have a ramp and is not handicap accessible. However, there are ramps located about a block down the street (both east and west), if needed.
-Don't want to carry chairs and umbrella to the beach? Rentals are available through La Dolce Vita. They also offer water sport rentals and a plethora of other options.
-Want a frozen drink or snack while on the beach? Take a short 2 min walk to Beach Bar for all your cravings.

Pool Access:
-65 steps from the front door! Splash around in the private pool after a day at the beach.

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP): 1 hour drive
Pensacola International Airport (PNS): 1.5 hr drive
