Located right next to the sugary sand and emerald water on the gulf coast THE GREAT ESCAPE@MIRAMAR BEACH is a 4 Bed 4 Bath home. A perfect escape from your daily grind. Perfect for creating wonderful memories with family and friends. Offering a comfortable space that can comfortably sleep 14 people. Boasting a huge dining area for 10 people to gather over a hearty brunch or savory dinner & drinks to cap the night. There are four additional bar seats to use. Each guest will find his own spot in this spacious home.

This home features a full bedroom with a king bed and a full bath on the main level right across from the room. Making it super convenient for those who cannot go up the stairs.

Entire house is powered by high-speed internet and furnished with 4 TVs -staying inside is just as entertaining. This home comes with 1 covered parking for the golf cart that is free for our guests to use and 3 additional slots on the driveway. There is an outdoor patio with grill for alfresco dining.

Golf Cart for 6 is included in our home available FREE for qualified guests with DRIVERS LICENSE and ACTIVE AUTO INSURANCE.

Bikes and some beach supplies like beach chairs, umbrellas, trolley, toys and ice chests are available for use.

You only need to bring yourselves to enjoy!

Perfect for large groups!

My friends and I stayed here for spring break and it could not have been better! The house was extremely clean, roomy, and it was very easy to contact the host when needed. The included golf cart was amazing and made it very easy to get to the beach and stores in the area. On top of that, the neighborhood feels very safe. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Miramar, definitely check this place out!

Fishing trip with friends

A group of us needed a place to stay for a weekend fishing trip and this place was perfect. 9 guys and plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Instructions were incredibly detailed and the place was quiet and immaculate. Distance to the beach was also a short walk; would certainly stay here again!

Lovely home

This is such a beautiful home with lots of space. Its a gated community. Host was prompt to respond to all queries. The location was amazing. Everything was right in the area. I would definitely book this house again.

Cute & Cozy Home

My family really enjoyed staying in this home while we were in Florida. It was a cute and cozy home. It also had extra beach equipment for us to use on our stay (beach chairs/bikes/wagon). We had a small family reunion and we’re able to fit 3 families comfortably in this home. The kids loved it! Jeff provided us with detailed instructions on checkin and checkout so everything went smoothly! I would definitely come back and stay here if we come back to Florida! Thank you Jeff!

Why they chose this property

Destin has always been our favorite beach in the country, and we loved the opportunity to live in a sought-after neighborhood in Villas of Frangista, while being just minutes away by foot from the sugary white sand and clear, emerald-green waters of Miramar Beach. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores are just a 5-minute drive from the property

What makes this property unique

It is a great neighborhood, with pedestrian-friendly and distinct cobblestone roads, surrounded by other beautiful houses. It's the perfect location, as you can walk to the beach and the pool, while being close to the malls, restaurants, and shops.
