Fabulous apartment with a full kitchen and a lovely terrace.

Pros: The apartment was 5 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from Nerjah town centre which was very old and traditional, beautifully maintained and scrupulously clean. What a beautiful find, swim and sun until late afternoon and then wonder through the town and its many shops and restaurants. Delightful. Can't thank Lisa and Simon enough for their help with arranging taxis, check in and check out etc. Thank you both! Cons: We enjoyed everything!

Pros: This property is situated very centrally to the town and the beach. It had all the ameneties we needed and was very comfortable to stay in. The pool was always clean. and the communal area clean and tidy. Although the property didn't have air conditioning, it was still comfortable and the fan was more than adequate if it got too warm. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if it is available.

Pros: excellent appartment in perfect area of Nerja, 5 minutes to beach and 5 minutes to centre but absolutely no noise from bars/restaurants of busy roads. Friendly complex and the communal cat adopted us on arrival. Only negative was the sofa which could do with replacing but as we mostly sat outside on our lovely terrace that wasn't too much of a problem.

Pros: We stayed in this apartment, in Urbanizacion Bajamar 2, having shopped around for ground floor apartments anywhere on the CDSol. It seemed reasonably priced, and turned out to be a lovely, clean and well maintained place to stay. The urbanisation is pretty, secluded and the other guests are mainly owners so there is a high degree of vested interest in keeping the place to a high standard. The pool is great, the location excellent - 5 minutes pleasant walk into Nerja old town on one side, and Burriana Beach on the other. The town is geared up for tourism but retains character and is beautifully located, and the apartment contributed wholly to our enjoyment of the holiday. The owners were friendly, professional and efficient in their attiude towards us, and we do not hesitate to recommend them and the accommodation - and indeed hope to stay again.

Pros: Together with my daughter we stayed here for 2 weeks, it was super. You're right in the middle of the nice town (about 10 min walk) and the beaches (around the corner ;)). On the boulevard we discovered a super place to eat with delicious soups and salads: Tapasplaza. It was lovely and the pool in front of the house works wonders, lovely pool and not too busy, sometimes we even had the pool to ourselves. Also nice people around us, little noise so really relaxing. Fortunately, there are also rules for the pool and the complex because it is very noisy and then you would really suffer and do not want to sit. What was missing is a fine mop or dustpan and brush. That you sometimes just nice to the floor can clean.... Thanks also to Simon and Lisa, super organization!

Pros: Het appartement ligt erg gunstig zowel ten opzichte van het strand als het centrum van Nerja. Het complex is kleinschalig en rustig gelegen. In het hoogseizoen kan er wel eens een parkeerprobleem bij het complex ontstaan. Nerja zelf is een leuk stadje met niet alleen vakantiewoningen maar ook nog oorspronkelijke bewoners hetgeen de gezellige Spaanse sfeer ten goede komt.

Backen upp frÄn stranden krÀver litet anstrÀngning men Àr inget problem för den med normal rörlighet. OmrÄdet Àr mycket lugnt utan störande trafik eller stökiga barer. NÀra till supermarket, bageri, köttbutik och fiskbutik. Flera restauranger inom fem minuters promenad. LÀgenheten Àr funktionell för tvÄ men skulle bli mycket bÀttre av nÄgra smÄ reparationer och trivsammare möblering. Uteplatsen har kvÀllssol och Àr dÀrmed mycket trevlig att avsluta dagen pÄ. Liten pool alldeles intill uteplatsen.
