The 210 m² Villa Elizabet is located in the small idyllic village Kaštelir-Babici, only 9 km from Poreč and the sea. The very tastefully and with attention to detail furnished house has on the first floor a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In addition, on the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the terrace and an additional toilet with washing machine. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC are located on the second floor. The living room and the bedrooms are air-conditioned and also heatable.
From the living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace with brick outdoor barbecue as well as to the 4 x 8 m salt water pool.
Enjoy the tranquility of the tranquil place and the fertile nature, which you can explore very well by bike or on foot.
