The Downtown Loft was absolutely perfect! Adam was more than accommodating with our stay. There was water and snacks as soon as we arrived. I have never had that with any other Vrbo stays. The place was exactly as it’s pictured in the listing, even more charming in person! Very clean and plenty of towels, supplies, toiletries, etc. I cant say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. Walking distance to downtown, a couple blocks from Cape Fear River. Felt like home… I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit downtown Wilmington, NC. Thank you so much Adam!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Apartment was 5 minute walk to downtown and short drive to beaches and attractions. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked with all necessities. Adam communicated well and made check-in extremely easy. Bedroom and living area were comfortable. This was the perfect place for our short weekend getaway to Wilmington.
