We arrived at Suncadia at 2 AM after a concert at the Gorge. Upon check-in, we went up to the room and found a tray of dirty room service dishes in front of the door. Once entering the unit, we discovered a bunch of wadded up wet towels around a leak in the toilet. The toilet seat had plastic residue on it, and toilet would not flush. That bathroom was dirty and inoperable. There were dozens of coffee mate creamers in the fridge. We understand sometimes mistakes are made with housekeeping, but multiple outreaches to the host about this went totally unanswered. This was a very disappointing experience.
