Master suite is expansive, walk-in closet, large linen closet, Two sinks and a private shower/ toilet room. Guest bathroom has tub/shower. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened lanai to a yard with fruit trees. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of golf, tennis, pickleball or relaxing by the many available pools nearby, (pool towels provided) this home provides a welcome retreat. Shopping at Homegoods, Costco, grocery stores (Sprouts,Whole Market,Publix,Walmart) and many others accessible by golf cart. A 2021 Yamaha gas golf car is included.
