Why they chose this property
We discovered Arverne By The Sea in 2010 before it was fully built, through an online ad. What caught my eye was an unique location within minutes from the sandy beach and boardwalk, a short walk from subway line to Manhattan and all the local amenities - huge StopNShop supermarket, several banks, restaurants, beauty salons, and a state of the art YMCA. We are happy to share these amenities with our guests.
What makes this property unique
This is a town house in a master planned community. The community itself is beautiful - lush landscaping flowing through the development and framing the backyard. The architecture of the homes has a wonderful modern beach vibe with balconies and terraces for indoor- outdoor living. It’s a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We invite our guests to explore.
