Located in charming Sunflower Beach, the Emerald is a sleek modern-coastal oasis! This 3 -story luxury rental features 8 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and fabulous outdoor gathering spaces with breathtaking ocean views. With easy beach access and literally steps away from the 2 resort style pools, you can be sure that your vacation will be worry free at the Emerald.



The Space:

Upon entering the first floor, guests are greeted by an over-sized entry area/mudroom equipped with plenty of storage and hooks to hang your beach towels, and a laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers. Just down the hall awaits the first guest bedroom, featuring 1 queen bed and a private ensuite bath. Moving further into the home, your kiddos will love the second guest room, which boasts two plush Twin over Twin bunks (four twin beds total), a sleeper sofa, Mortal Kombat video game, a T.V. and its own ensuite bath! Steps away is the 3rd bedroom located on the first floor, featuring a king bed and ensuite bath. Three master bedrooms with private balconies await your arrival on the 2nd floor. All featuring a king or queen bed, ensuite bathroom and TV.

Head up to the third floor where the chef in your family will love the gas stove, double oven and all the top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen! Take advantage of the electric grill with a view, located on the balcony. The dining table, Livingroom, half bath and 7th guest room (boasting a queen bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower) are also located on this level. When you’re ready to take a break, grab your favorite cocktail and head out to the over-sized balcony, where you will enjoy the ocean breeze. At The Emerald, you will find ample seating perfect for your family gatherings!



Carriage House

Steps from the main house on the second floor, your guests will enjoy the privacy of the carriage house without feeling disconnected from the rest of the party in the main home. Featuring a private balcony, queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen and washer/dryer, your guests will have everything they need in the coziness of the carriage house!

The Emerald house also has a Tesla Car charger in the garage for your use at no charge!

• Trailers and boats are not permitted on property; violations may result in towing. Public parking options are available within Port Aransas



• Sunflower Beach is an actively growing community; construction may occur Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM



• Guests must be 25 years or older to book; ID verification is required at check-in
