The Space:

The main living level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious open-concept design with a large sectional seating area, an oversized dining table, and a chef’s kitchen built for entertaining. Outfitted with a Wolf gas range, double ovens, dual dishwashers, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a butler’s pantry, the kitchen is ideal for hosting everything from casual breakfasts to full group dinners. A wall of windows floods the space with natural light and opens to a large outdoor deck, creating a seamless connection to the coastal surroundings. Just off the main living area, a dedicated game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and private balcony provides a perfect setting for relaxed evenings and entertainment.



Additional living space on the first level includes a secondary lounge area and kitchenette, offering flexibility for larger groups or multi-generational stays.
