Beautiful home/yard for kids to play in and have cookouts. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Only a short drive to the ocean which was perfect for our family. Owner was very easy to get ahold of with any questions and very accommodating will definitely book with her again!

About the host
Hosted by Mary-Lou Emmons
Our house was built with lots of hard work and many friends. We have had wonderful memories that include family, neighbors, friends and many dogs over the years. The property has a lot of lawn for games and enjoyment. We still live here during the week and have decided to offset our retirement with renting it out for the weekends. We will be down the road on the pond in a bus we are working on so we can travel.
Why they chose this property
The ledge. It is the highest point of land from the coast.
