Perched on the Sea Ranch bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you won't have to go far to experience the surrounding beauty. With shopping, dining, and local attractions just a short two-mile drive away in Gualala, everyone can easily enjoy all this area has to offer.
Bright and cheery, the vaulted wood-beamed ceilings frame the wall of windows, showcasing the striking views. The bright hardwood floors mirror the ceiling, and with a contemporary, white color palette, this home has elements of elegance mixed in with its contemporary style. The private washer/dryer will help you with any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Step out on the deck and watch the waves roll in, as you fire up the BBQ to grill something everyone will enjoy. After dinner, enjoy a long soak in the private hot tub to ease the day away. The kitchen is designed to create a free-flowing environment and allow multiple people to help with creating a culinary masterpiece. Afterwards, let the dishwasher do the clean up while you enjoy a cocktail during a game night with everyone at the dining room table. As the day winds down, three plush bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep, including a private suite above the garage.

Guest Access:
This is your private retreat for the duration of your stay -- full run of the house. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities, including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.
The Neighborhood:
Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers. For provisions, Gualala (10 minutes south) has grocery stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Jenner and Bodega Bay are scenic drives south.
Getting Around:
Sea Ranch is about 2.5 hours north of San Francisco -- take Highway 101 to Highway 1 for one of California's most scenic coastal drives. The nearest airport is Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, roughly 90 minutes east. A car is the way to go for exploring the area.

For safety, children staying in this home be eight years of age or older. This home is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station.

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.
Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.
Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday.
