Great location to restaurants and town. Area has quite a lot of construction of new accommodations which should be completed this year but we were not bothered by any noise. There is a train that runs close by but the noise was low.

Excellent maintained property !!We love our stay!!only problem though is with train noise!!with passing almost 6 train at night it little difficult to sleep with our 3months stays other then that everything is great!! Thinking about noise of train on one side ,price is on expensive side can be compared to fairmont Banff springs!!!

We are wrapping up our trip today. This house has been great for our group of 6 women. We walked to a nearby bakery and restaurant. And it’s not too far to Banff where we’ve done 3 hikes. One of the bedrooms is actually a loft which opens to the kitchen. That room is less ideal for the people sleeping there. Otherwise everything is new and clean. There is a train close by but it didn’t bother us.

We stayed at this property for five nights and, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, especially considering the premium price of nearly 1,200usd/night.First issue was the air conditioning, which did not work for the first two days of our stay. This significantly affected our comfort, Although the issue was eventually addressed, a substantial portion of our vacation was impacted.The internet was constantly interrupted, which we had to reset the router at least two times everyday so if you’re planning on working while you’re here, plan accordingly.The biggest issue was that this property is on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working on our checkout day. We had to carry four suitcases, strollers, car seats and all of our belongings down four flights of stairs, countless of times with a baby and two toddlers, so our departure was a nightmare to say the least. In addition to all issues above, the property is located right behind a train track. Trains passed by at least 6 times during the night, throughout the night, disrupting our sleep. We were surprised by how close the track was and did not feel the listing adequately disclose the level of noise.The property itself was otherwise nice, but for the price we paid, we expected a much smoother experience and better disclosure of potential issues. I hope the host addresses these problems and provides future guests with more accurate information so they can make an informed decision before booking.
