Tasteful, cosy holiday apartment with a terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac, about 350 m from the beach.

Tastefully and comfortably furnished 2-room ground-floor apartment with a terrace, accommodating 2–4 people, approx. 45 m², in a quiet cul-de-sac. From here, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach.
The living area features a dining area for 4 people, a sideboard with a 55-inch smart TV, and a cosy sofa set for relaxing (also suitable for sleeping 2 people). Access to the sunny, furnished south-facing terrace. Here you can enjoy your holiday.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and all standard appliances.
The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (approx. 180 cm x 200 cm wide with a full-length mattress) and a wardrobe.
There is a bright, inviting bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack.
The apartment features granite tile flooring. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
Your small dog is welcome upon request for a fee. Wi-Fi included. A parking space is available on the property.

Tolle Lage, tolle Unterkunft ???? wir waren das zweite Mal da und kommen wieder! Das Sofa ist etwas durchgelegen, was nicht so schön war. Aber ansonsten war es toll???? Und der erste Tag war nicht so schön da wir erst sehr spät in die Wohnung kamen. Ansich hatten wir aber einen super schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung ????

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön. Nur mussten wir leider selber nocheinmal einiges sauber machen. Wir sind nicht pingelig aber Hundehaare im Kühlschrank und Bett muss dann doch nicht sein. Vorallem wenn es nicht die vom eigenen sind. Boden war zum Teil auch nicht richtig gewischt. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage und schöner großer Terrasse. Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür und der Strand ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
