Super clean!!! Not even dust on the ceiling fan!!! Everything we needed. I accidentally cut my finger getting a bag from my car and they even had a first aid kit!!! Will stay here again, if there is an opportunity!!! Host communication was top notch!!!
We were in St. Louis for a wedding, which was held just a block from this rental unit. It was perfect...new, excellent amenities, clean, well-located. It was on the 3rd floor so you need to navigate stairs but we found it quiet and well-appointed. Since it was just two of us, the studio layout was just fine for a weekend visit. Alan was helpful and responsive to requests and questions. There are a number of bars/restaurants nearby within easy walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again as value was good for what you get.
This place is fantastic! The unit is perfectly stocked with everything you could need - cooking equipment, sharp knives laundry detergent, toiletries, etc - with nice upgraded appliances, too. Matches the photos 100%. The layout was good with a variety of seating options (bar stools, desk, and couch) and a massive closet, which I didn't really need for my short stay but would be great for a longer one. There's AC and a ceiling fan so it was easy to keep the place comfortable on the especially hot week I was there.Truly the only complaint I have is that the only way to get to the unit is up the back stairs through the alley, which is pretty dark at night, especially the stairwell itself; I did use my phone flashlight going up after sunset. The unit is also on the main street in town, which is excellent in terms of access to local restaurants, a corner store, and even a little grocery store, but can be noisy at night with people leaving the nearby bars, and drivers revving their engines in the street. That said, it was still a fantastic place to stay and if I come to St Louis again, I'll definitely stay here! The value for the price was unbeatable and the local neighborhood is so lovely.
